For more than 25 years, May has been observed as National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. With summer rapidly approaching, it looks like you have another chance to begin your summer shape-up program while also participating in the spirit of the month.

For those of you who already know that you like to use the treadmill and then head to the weight room, we have you covered. Better yet, at our Club there’s no waiting for equipment. If Group Exercise is what you enjoy, we probably offer more than you can imagine. And as I’ve said before, there’s a reason those are so popular – they’re fun and effective.
One of our strongest features is that we have so much to offer that you can always try something new. Always! Mixing up your routine keeps your mind active and prevents your body from settling into a familiar pattern. Perhaps you’ve wondered about giving Pilates or yoga a try. At our Club you can learn from the best Instructors in the area.
