Spring Cleaning!
New Schedule Effective 3/15 (Mon)
A few class changes for the Spring season based on member and instructor feedback!
- Monday, 9:15 - 10:15 am - NIA w/ Ann
(moved from yoga studio to GX studio, Kick now on Tuesday)
- Tuesday, 8:15 - 9:15 am - GROUP KICK w/ Lexi
(moved from Mon @ 9:15)
- Wednesday, 9:15 - 10:15 am - ZUMBA w/ Jill A
(Step moving to Thursday, another chance to dance!)
- Wednesday, 12:30 - 1:00 pm - BELOW THE BELT w/ Beth
(replacing Drill Bits)

- Wednesday, 6:15 - 7:15 pm - CARDIO KICKBOXING w/ Teresa
(a new boxing opportunity)
- Thursday, 8:15 - 9:15 am - STEP w/ Karen
(a new day and time)
- Thursday, 4:30 - 5:00 pm - CORE CARDIO w/ Kelly
(a new class replacing Drill Bits)
- Thursday, 6:30 - 7:30 pm - GROUP POWER w/ Eliza
(replacing Sports Training)
- Friday, 12:30 - 1:30 pm - GROUP POWER w/ Maria
(a new day and time, replacing Below the Belt)
- Friday, 4:30 - 5:30 pm - GROUP CENTERGY w/ Ashley
(a full hour, no more Core Express)
**the following classes have been rotated off the schedule for the spring schedule:
- Core Express, 5:15 pm | Fridays
- canceled to allow Group Centergy to be an hour
- NIA, 5:30 pm | Sundays
- canceled for the spring; join Ann on Monday mornings
