GROUP FITNESS
CORE & CALM CLASSES
Classes offer a fitness focused mind/body experience that will strengthen your body, mind and spirit.
Core Express - A quickie class that fuses the disciplines of core conditioning, balance and functional training to tone your body, strengthen your core and improve your posture. (15 or 30 minute options).
Group Centergy ™ - Grow longer and stronger as you experience a non-traditional, Vinyasa-style exploration of Yoga and Pilates movement in 45-60 minutes, that will help you center your energy, and reduce stress.
CARDIO CLASSES
Choreographed - Fun, cardiovascular workouts that incorporate choreography alongside coaching. Rhythm and dance inspire these formats.
NIA - A dynamic blend of dance, martial arts & healing arts, balancing technical precision with free-form expression. NIA brings the body, mind, emotions and spirit to optimum health through music, movement, and self-expression.
Step - A multi-level step workout using choreographed step combinations designed to distract your mind and challenge your body. Intensity level will vary with height of platform and movement options. Some experience required.
Zumba™ – A fusion of Latin music, easy to follow movements and an international zest to create a dynamic fitness program.
Non-Choreographed – Athletic classes may or may not use the beat of the music. No fancy-footwork, just tough fun.
Drill BITS - A time sensitive, drill focused cardio experience using a wide variety of equipment to take your fitness to the next level. Short recovery bouts will be sandwiched between bursts of high intensity work. If you like sports training but don't want fancy moves, this is your class. Balance training is integrated into your workout.
Group Kick™ - An electric fusion of martial arts and boxing inspired movements will help you define and shape your body while improving your agility and self confidence.
Indoor Cycling - An efficient, calorie torching workout that is easy on the joints. Enjoy Schwinn A.C.™ Performance bikes equipped with MPower™ Consoles and real-time feedback on your power, heart rate, distance traveled and calories burned. All levels welcome.
Treadmill Training - A 30 minute training session designed for walkers, runners and everyone in between. A no-nonsense workout that will vary speed, incline and intensity for a time-efficient, calorie scorching good time. Come early or stay late to extend your training time. Meet on the exercise floor.
STRENGTH CLASSES
Pump a little iron to increase your lean muscle mass. All levels are welcome in strength classes; a perfect way to try group fitness.
Armed & Dangerous - A time sensitive strength class devoted to everything above the waistline. Use a variety of equipment to target the chest, back, biceps, triceps and shoulders. Training for all levels.
Below The Belt - A time sensitive strength class devoted to everything below the waistline. Use a variety of equipment to target the hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, hips and calves. A concentrated, no-nonsense approach to lower body training for all levels.
Chisel - This muscle strength workout incorporates a variety of exercises using barbells, hand weights and tubing to tone and define your entire body.
Group Power™ - This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.
Total Body Conditioning - A total body strength and endurance workout that uses a variety of equipment, including fitballs, bands, steps, dumbbells, and the BOSU Balance Trainer to help you achieve results more quickly.
COMBO CLASSES
A mixture of the above categories. Some may be cardio and strength, others could be core and cardio. These options are a great way to get a lot accomplished in one hour, or less!
Balletone® - An energizing workout that effortlessly blends training techniques drawn from dance, Pilates, Yoga and fitness to sculpt, lengthen, strengthen and inspire.
BOSU Blast – Utilizing the BOSU Balance Trainer for a complete total body workout, this class combines cardio and weight exercise.
Cardio Chisel – An interval style class of muscular strength exercises intermixed with cardio segments. This class is great for people looking to get efficient cardio and weights in one hour.
Core Cardio - This high intensity class alternates cardiovascular training and intense core stabilization training. Uses a variety of equipment, and focuses on aerobic and core training only.
Sports Training - A combination of agility, speed, strength and plyometrics for a total body workout. No experience required and no-choreography included. All levels welcome. The focus of the class changes with the season.
WATER FITNESS CLASSES
Get in the pool for a total body cardio and strength workout. Water Fitness is a great alternative to land exercise that is light on the joints and refreshing.
