Group Personal Training ranges from Circuit training classes to Winter Conditioning and MMA programs. We look forward to hearing from you regarding your requests for professional instruction in a group setting toward any goal.
Conjunction with Function - 4-Week Progressive Small Group Training Program
Master Personal Trainer, Maria Miller, will lead you through safe and effective fitness progressions. This periodized approach to small group training will yield results as we exchange our focus week to week and month to month. Groups are limited to a max of 4 people and with a minimum of 2.
Times: Mondays and Wednesdays at 12pm.
Cost: $210 for the month

MMA Functional Fighter - MMA Group Training Program
Master Personal Trainer, Ryan Branch, coaches you through an intense conditioning protocol using kicks, punches, and ground training. Gain confidence while you take your body to the next level. Improve technique and physique with functional fitness.
Times: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:15pm.
Cost: $149/month unlimited or $20 drop-in
