Philosophy
Diane has developed a holistic approach to her work, which encourages an understanding of the fundamental principles of the Pilates method to balance both mind and body. The main focus of her work is clinical Pilates movement therapy dedicated to postural and injury rehabilitation. The aim is to encourage correct functional movement thereby relieving pain, stiffness, soreness and restricted range of movement. This helps the body avoid injury and move more freely, enhancing sports performance and the quality of everyday life.
