Philosophy
Hayley has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years. Her goal is to help her clients find their anatomically correct posture and move efficiently in that posture so that they can access a new range of flexibility, mobility, strength and balance. Hayley is a firm believer in this Method and her passion is to share it with you so that you too can find a deeper awareness of the relationship between Mind and Body.
