Philosophy 
Tamara started practicing Pilates in 1998. What brought her to Pilates was not an injury, but the love of the workout and how she felt afterward. It was fun, energizing and just so different. It worked well with her body. She received her certification from The Pilates Center in Boulder in March 2003. Tamara continues to take workshops from the Pilates Center in Boulder and Cara Reeser to further her knowledge of The Method. It never gets boring and she is continuously learning something new with every workout. The concentration and awareness of ‘Contrology' that goes with Pilates has helped so much in her everyday life.

Tamara believes that everybody can benefit from Pilates. Regardless of level, from the super-fit to the soon-to-be-fit, from the injured to the athlete, every person can use the Pilates Method to improve their posture, alignment, strength, flexibility and general well-being. As Joseph Pilates said, “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”
