Philosophy
 
As Joe Pilates wrote, “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.” By taking care of yourself and making a commitment to your own physical fitness, you will both feel better and be able to bring energy and commitment to everything that is important in your life. Kim started Pilates over six years ago to deal with chronic back pain and running injuries. In Pilates, Kim found the perfect exercise. It requires the use of the full body and all muscles, including those that are often ignored. Kim’s passion for Pilates drove her to leave the practice of law and devote herself to sharing the benefits of Pilates through teaching. Pilates is perfect for athletic cross training as well as rehabilitation from many injuries. Best of all, Pilates is always challenging and fun.
