Philosophy
Becca's teaching style can be described as "intelligent vinyasa", incorporating the breath-guided flow of vinyasa with therapeutic alignment principles. Thus, nourishing the body with oxygen, "prana", while safely softening our connective tissue to help keep our bodies youthful.
