Philosophy
Hayley has been practicing Yoga since 1996 and Pilates teaching Pilates since 1999. Her goal is to help her clients find their anatomically correct posture and move efficiently in that posture so that they can access a new range of flexibility, mobility, strength and balance. Hayley is a firm believer in how these two practices balance each other and her passion is to share it with you so that you too can find a deeper awareness of the relationship between Mind and Body.
