CAC BOULDER Swimming Programs for Adults

Adult Private Swimming Lessons-
Our highly qualified swim coaches are available to instruct both beginning and advanced adult swimmers. Your instructor will assess your swim needs and help you get the most out of the CAC’s fabulous pools.  Lessons are ½ hour and cost $40 per lesson. Semi-Private lessons can also be made available upon request. You can schedule your lessons directly with an aquatics instructor or coach or call the front desk at 303.501.1700 and ask for Erin Hansel and an instructor will contact you.

 Adult Group Lessons

Adult group swim lessons meet on Wednesday evenings from 6-6:30pm at the indoor pool.  They are billed by the month, based on how many Wednesdays there are ($14 per class).  Each class is a small group lesson so you can learn to swim, get stroke help, or become more comfortable in the water.  You can sign up at the front desk or by emailing Erin Hansel, ehansel@wellbridge.com

 

Intro to Masters Swimming-
Saturday’s 8:30-9:30am and Tuesdays 6-7pm
Are you looking to improve your swimming stroke technique and use lap swimming as a source of fitness? Intro to Masters is a 60 minute workout, stressing stroke improvement through stroke drills. Approximately 50% of the workout is spent on stroke drills. The remaining time is spent on conditioning intervals. You will also learn pace clock management and the shorthand needed to understand all the swimming workouts you see on the pool board or in swimming books. Masters Swimming-
CAC Boulder is building our Masters Swim Team and all interested swimmers are welcome to come out for swim practices. With our 6 lane 25 meter outdoor pool and 3 lane 25 meter indoor pool we can truly handle many different swimming abilities in the group sessions. 

 

The Current Masters Practice Schedule is as follows:

Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 5:30-7am, 12-1:15pm

 

Tuesdays/Thursdays 8:30-9:45am, 6-7pm

 

Saturdays 7-8:30am, 8:30-9:30am
