Aquatics Instructor, Zach Ruske

About the Instructor:
Zach began swimming at the age of 12. With hard work and dedication, he earned a full scholarship to the University at Buffalo and broke three school records in the 200 back, 200 IM, & 400 IM. He was also named to the All-Mac team for all 4 years. After graduating, he worked in the fitness industry in Alaska. Since coming back to Colorado, he coaches at CAC and is also the assistant coach for the Fairview Boy’s High School Swim Team. He most enjoys getting to know the masters swimmers.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 5:30-7AM
