Group Personal Training
Group Personal Training will range from bridal bootcamps to 14er preparation programs to ski conditioning and weight loss programs. We look forward to hearing from Club members regarding their requests for professional instruction in a group setting toward any goal.
Group Training
Pair up with your favorite workout buddy or let us know that you are interested in Group Training and we can find you a partner. Group Training gives you the Certified Training of a one-on-one session with the additional
accountability of a friend or workout partner’s attendance.

FitExpress
The success of your weight loss and wellness goals depends on healthy eating and regular exercise, but it’s not as easy as it sounds. Become a part of a 4-8 person group that inspires and energizes each other during fitness and nutrition sessions led by FitExpress Personal Trainers. The FitExpress format will help you accomplish your weight loss and wellness goals in a motivating and fun environment. Ask a Membership Representative how to save money and meet your goals when you get started with this program at the time of Membership purchase.
Bootcamp
Starting Monday, May 3 at 6AM, Mon/Wed. There will also be a Tues/Thursday 11:45AM session. Each will be 50 minutes long. The camp will run in 6 week sessions throughout the summer until September. The first week for everyone is free, and after that $15/session. We will be meeting in Scott Carpenter Park for the first week, and rotate to different parks throughout Boulder for 6 weeks.
