Colorado Athletic Club-Boulder provides some of the best facilities for the beginner to the professional triathlete. With dedicated CompuTrainer and Group Cycling studios, 3 lane indoor saline lap pool and cutting edge treadmills we make it fun and easy to train at the Club. But, we also realize that many of you want to utilize Colorado's amazing weather to enjoy this sport.

This program is designed to help the beginner triathlete complete their first Sprint Triathlon!!!
What Race? IronGirl Sprint Triathlon
When: Saturday, August 28th 2010
Distance: 1/4mile swim, 17.2mile bike, 3.1mile run
Location: Boulder Reservoir
What to expect for $199 (Does not include race entry)
Fun Group Workouts
o Monday’s 9:00-10am (Bike)
o Wednesday’s 11:30-12:30pm (Swim)
o Friday’s 9:00-10:00am (Run)
8-Week Training Program
