Structured Cycling with USOC Elite Cycling Coach Phyllis Boccuzzi

Take your cycling to a new level in this periodized approach. Become more efficient, stronger & more powerful on your bike!

 Phase 1: January 5-February 28 (8 weeks)

 Build endurance, flexibility & strength

 Phase 2: March 2-April 25 (8 weeks)

 Anaerobic threshold, power/speed training & 15 minute run

Member: $160/Phase Non-Member: $220/Phase

TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train allowing you to build strength and core stability, improve coordination, endurance, agility, reduce injuries and will aid in your ability to generate powerful movements.

60 Minute Cross-Training Intervals

$20/session

30 Minute Sessions

$10/session

*Please note that a minimum of three people is required to form a group session
