NEW Barre Conditioning Classes
Monday 6:30PM, Tuesday 4:30PM and Thursday 11AM
Classes held weekly and complimentary for Members
Barre Conditioning develops strength, flexibility, and endurance while blasting calories. This workout will shape and elongate your muscles through Pilates and dance style movements done at the barre. Classes held in the Group Fitness Studio.
