:: Chris Cooper's Basic Training Class
Cross training class geared toward improving all aspects of fitness. Basically training to look good naked. Involves: Olympic lifts, heavy lifting and sprints
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5AM/6AM/11AM/ and potentially a 12PM if interest allows
$499 for 3 months unlimited/$168 month to month unlimited/$240 for 12 drop in sessions

:: SHUT UP and CUT UP
A 12 week intensive cross-training program designed to help you lose weight, decrease body fat and build muscle. Combining full body, intense exercises with cardio intervals this program will help you reach your fitness goals.
5 days a week at 11:30AM with Carl. Program costs: $549 for the unlimited 12 week program or we have two punch pass options: $480 for 24 sessions or $360 for 12 sessions.

12-week accelerated results program conducted in a small-group setting.
Circuit strength training with intense cardio intervals interspersed.
3 weekly cardio & resistance training workouts with your group.

Classic fitness is a strength and cardio based class for members who still want to be in the best shape they can, but is geared towards our members around 55 years young. This class will help them stay fit and active so they can continue to enjoy themselves to the fullest.
Taught be Jessica Hanson, this class meets twice a week and cost $120 for 8 sessions.
