Philosophy
I found early on that my hands have a way of listening to the body and therefore guide the direction of the massage. By first determining the needs and desires of the individual we are able to work together in order to accomplish the goals. I believe that bodywork is a big part of balancing the body, mind and soul as well as a method of preventative care. Once seen as a form of luxury, many are realizing the benefits of massage and utilizing it as a part of their overall wellness routine.

Philosophy: I believe that bodywork is fundamental to wellness and prevantative care. It allows us to take time to tune in to our body without distraction and assess where we are. Through massage, we bring mindful attetion to areas of pain or dysfunction and activate the body's power to heal itself. Becoming an active participant in our own healthcare allows us to address problems before they become chronic, we can then create a dialogue with our providers resulting in more comprehensive care. I like to listen to each person's goals and work together with them to set up an individualized plan for their massage sessions. In my free time I love cycling, hiking, camping, yoga, gardening, brewing beer, and running after my son (which takes most of the "free" out of my time, I must admit)
