New to Pilates? Try our new Intro to Pilates class on Monday mornings at 7am. This class will gradually and gently introduce you to the Pilates equipment and the wide variety of exercises and ways to use your body on the machines. This is a full-body workout that centers around core-stability and strength. Your body will thank you for years to come!
