Thanks for taking a look around our website and learning about the Club. With February being the short month that it is I always feel like March arrives before we’re ready for it. But as soon as it gets here everyone seems to have the same focus: Spring and Summer!

Whether it’s a Spring break vacation or the fact that summer is just around the corner, it’s another period where people get serious about fitness. And while you’re getting serious, we’ll do our best to make it fun. 

For starters, if you’re reading this and thinking of joining, we’ll entice you to get active. Call our Membership Sales team before March 18 and we’ll be able to sweeten your enrollment offer. 

March is the beginning of registration for Summer Sports Camp.  This popular summer camp program runs all summer for ages 5 through 12.  Sports Camp provides a safe, active and healthy environment where kids learn basic sports skills and teamwork while encouraging social interaction and positive self-development.  For more information, contact Shelly Mercer at 720-895-0924.                  

 

Now as far as getting in shape, we have all of the equipment you need to do it on your own. If you would like some help, however, may I recommend a few sessions with a Personal Trainer to help you get the maximum out of your workouts.

 

Speaking of results, another great opportunity exists with Pilates. Before you join a Pilates Group Class we ask that you complete either the 3 private or the 5 group INTRO Pilates Packages and then you’ll be on your way. If you want a proven, full body workout, it’s hard to beat Pilates.
