Company Sponsored Team Tennis League and Tournament
This is a new program, and we are excited to offer corporate sponsorships. This program will begin in the Spring of 2012. Members who own or are affiliated with a company may sign up as a sponsor, and receive valuable benefits. This program:
:: IS INCLUSIVE – Players with different NTRP ratings can play on the same team. One can be a 4.5 and another can be a 2.5, with both playing in a 3.5 division!
:: BUILDS MORALE AND TEAM SPIRIT – Co-workers, family and friends build stronger bonds as they participate together in this healthy, social and competitive program.
:: INCREASES AWARENESS OF YOUR COMPANY - Company name will be highlighted on the CACI web site, in our newsletters, and at all tournament and league functions
We will be using the very popular and exciting World Team Tennis format of play where players of various levels can play together. Teams may have a minimum of four players and a maximum of ten players (teams need a minimum of two men and two women per match and a maximum of four women and four men per match). The World Team Tennis matches will consist of one women’s and one men’s singles, one women’s and one men’s doubles and one mixed doubles, all playing an eight game pro set with no-ad scoring. Tagging in a team mate will be allowed and encouraged! This is not typical tennis. Teams are encouraged to cheer and the play is lively and interactive!
