QuickStart Singles and Doubles Play Days

Designed for ages 12 and under, on courts from 36, 60 or 78 feet, these Play Days are a fun and challenging way to introduce juniors to tennis competition.  Red balls are used for ages 8 and under, and scoring consists of one match tiebreak to 10 points.  Orange ball players (10 and under) and green ball players (12 and under) score matches as the best of three tiebreaks to 7 points or one short set to 4 games. Rising Stars Spring Break Camp

Open to players 10 - 14 years of age, we offer personal and professional attention from all of our coaches.  This camp will help you reach your goals by creating a challenging and dynamic tennis experience.  Practice with a mindset to achieve goals, ranging from conditioning to match management, and you will succeed.  Players must be able to rally and serve.  This camp is March 26-30, 2012 from 9AM-3:30PM.

High School Girls Tennis Training

A program for girls preparing for the 2012 tennis season.  The current session ends February 11, 2012, and  includes skills, strategy and footwork training. Participants may begin at any time within the program dates for a prorated fee.

High School Boys Tennis Training

This Saturday program is for both varsity and junior varsity boys preparing for the next fall high school season and the Winter USTA season.

Intramural Junior Team Tennis

Fun and challenging play for all levels!
An eight-week program of Sunday practice and match play. Team Tennis will include drills, strategy and coaching with singles and doubles match play.  Divisions include 10 and under, 12 and under, 14 and under and 18 and under.  Co-ed teams will consist of a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 6 players. Session I of 2012 is January 15 through March 4, 2012.

Rising Stars: Quickstart Program for Ages 4 - 10.

Red Rockets:  Foam and red balls, beginners ages 4 - 5 and advanced beginners 5 - 8. 
The program focuses on coordination training, movement and balance skills, as well as sending and receiving skills.  Children will learn the skills of the 36-foot court. Games are an important part of the program and the children will be exposed to games that are both fun and tennis related.

Orange Astronauts:  Orange transition balls, ages 8 - 10. 
Children will learn the basics of tactical play from 60-foot courts for both singles and doubles. Swing rhythm on the forehands and backhands will be emphasized.  The children will be introduced to topspin and will learn how to differentiate between a volley action and a ground stroke action.  A variety of serve progressions will be taught and the serve and return of serve will be covered in each class.

Green Galaxy:  Green transition balls, ages 9 - 10. Children will refine their tactical/technical skills. Concepts of offense/defense will be introduced in both singles and doubles. Ball control exercises that enhance consistency, direction, depth and spin will be stressed.  A variety of adaptive skills will be trained using dead ball drills, live ball drills, and competitive play situations.

Is your goal to play at the next level, High School, College, or just have fun?  Part academy, part boot camp, we offer high intensity all court training for beginners to tournament players.  Our goal is to incorporate fun, stroke production, mental toughness and fitness.

We offer personal and professional attention from all of our coaches. We help you reach your goals by creating a challenging dynamic tennis experience.  At the Outer Limits Tennis program, players are encouraged to give 100% in every drill and game. When you practice with a mindset to achieve goals, ranging from conditioning to match management, you will succeed. February 13 - April 7, 2012 (no classes March 26-30).

Adopt Our Schools Initiative


A program to benefit four local elementary schools, we are looking for gently used Junior racquets and used balls.  Tennis teaching professionals will visit schools and instruct children in tennis during school PE.  We are seeking volunteers to help at school programs, to collect donations or to assist in the Spring Festival.  Members may contact Loretta at lconway@wellbridge.com. Thank you for your help in reaching the juniors in tennis!


Junior Tennis Challenge Ladders

Join the CACI Challenge Ladder! The ladder will be used to rank tennis players according to their skill levels. As members of the ladder play each other, their relative positions are adjusted to reflect the results of their play.
