ADVANCED STEP
Complex step choreography for the experienced stepper designed to keep your heart pumping for the entire class.
BALLETONE
Balletone™ is a fitness system that blends the principles of dance, pilates and yoga in order to give the athlete a complete body workout. Balletone™ classes focus on motion and an awareness of the movement of the body.
BASIC STEP
Simple step choreography for a solid cardiovascular workout that can be modified with high and low impact options for both the beginner and experienced stepper.
BOOTCAMP
A back to basics, hard-core workout. No choreography is involved.
BOSU BLAST
This class is similar to a Cardio Chisel or Sports Conditioning class but will utilize the BOSU Balance Trainer for a complete total body workout.
CARDIO CHISEL
Keep your heart rate elevated in this interval style class of muscular strength exercises intermixed with cardio segments. This class is great for people looking to get efficient cardio and weights in one hour.
CARDIO CHISEL EXPRESS
30 minute version of Cardio Chisel.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
A high energy cardio workout integrating punches and kicks into swiftly executed combinations that will make you sweat.
CHISEL
This muscle strength workout incorporates a variety of exercises using barbells, hand weights and tubing to tone and define your entire body.
CORE CARDIO
This class alternates high intensity cardiovascular training with intervals of intense core training. Expect to use a variety of equipment. Focuses on aerobic and core training.
CYCLE CIRCUIT
An indoor cycling class that alternates intervals of strength work with high intensity cardiovascular training on the bike.
GROUP CENTERGY
Redifine yourself with Group Centergy. Group longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce and even smile. Discover Group Centergy.
GROUP CYCLING
This indoor cycling class simulates a variety of terrain including hills fIats jumps sprints interval training and recovery. Please call the front desk to reserve your bike.
GROUP KICK®
Group Kick brings it on. This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence. Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling. Group Kick will knock you out.
GROUP POWER®
Your hour of power. This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power.
INTERMEDIATE STEP
A level two step workout using highly choreographed step combinations that will be sure to challenge your mind and body. Intensity level will vary with height of platform.
INTERVALS
A 30 minute interval class on cardio equipment (treadmills, elliptical etc.) that incorporates high intensity drills followed by two-minute recovery period. All fitness levels welcome.
SPORTS TRAINING
A combination of agility, speed, strength and plyomtrics for a total body workout. This class will prepare you for the slopes or the game field.
SUPER CIRCUIT
Taught by a personal trainer, this class alternates weight training and cardiovascular training in a circuit format.
TOTAL BODY STEP
Intervals of high intensity power step (minimal choreography) with intervals of resistance training and intense core
stabilization work.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
A total body endurance workout that uses a variety of equipment, dumbbells, and the BOSU to help you achieve results more quickly. Includes cardiovascular training.
WATER FITNESS
Get in the pool for a total body cardio and strength workout. Water Fitness is a great alternative to land exercise that is light on the joints and refreshing.
ZUMBA®
Zumba fuses motivating Latin music, easy to follow movements and an international zest to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Ditch the workout and join the party.
