ATHLETIC STRETCH
Deep tissue stretching using foam rollers and tennis balls to release lactic acid and fascia. Each class will end with relaxation. 45 minutes
ANUSARA METHOD
Use the 5 principles of Anusara™ yoga to align your body and infuse every pose with meaningful intention. Create and foster balanced action between stability and freedom. In addition to a heart-oriented theme for each class, the instructor provides postural alignment verbal and manual adjustments. The Anusara yoga method is designed to serve students of any level of experience or ability. Although there are no set postural routines, classes are designed to help students of all levels advance in their yoga practice.
BALLETONE
Balletone™ is a fitness system that blends the principles of dance, pilates and yoga in order to give the athlete a complete body workout. Balletone™ classes focus on motion and an awareness of the movement of the body.
BARRE CONDITIONING
Bar Conditioning develops strength, flexibility, and endurance while blasting calories. This workout will shape and elongate your muscles through Pilates and dance style movements.
GROUP CENTERGY
Grow longer and stronger as you redefine yourself with Group Centergy. A 60 minute journey of yoga and pilates with uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors that will enable you to center your energy and reduce stress.
HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga is the foundation of all yoga styles. It involves basic poses, stretching and breathing exercises aimed to balance the mind, body and the spirit.
LENGTHEN & STRENGTHEN
Elongate the body while building strength using a combination of different types of movement, including: Pilates, Yoga, Gyrokinesis, and assisted stretching.
LIL YOGIES
A 45 minute yoga class for kids. Kids will experience yoga through play and other age appropriate activites. Must be potty trained to participate.
PILATES BALL
Pilates mat exercises combined with the use of the Fitball to create resistance controlled exercises that will focus on core stability.
PILATES MAT
Floor exercises based on the original work of Joseph H. Pilates that bring together core strength, breath, body alignment, posture and balance. Strengthen your core from the inside out.
POWER YOGA
Power Yoga is a fitness-based approach to Vinyasa Yoga that emphasizes strength, fIexibility and fIow. Poses are held longer.
VINYASA YOGA
The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". This method of yoga emphasizes linking or fIowing poses together for a quicker paced class.
YOGA for HAPPINESS
Stress can take a toll on your body in many different ways. this specific practice will help balance your reaction to the stress in your life so you can create a habit of happiness.
YOGA SCULPT
Yoga meets bootcamp in this yoga class designed to enlongate and sculpt every muscle in the body. Participants will use light weights as they move through a vinyasa flow. This class is easy to follow and can be made appropriate for all levels.
