CrossFit Inverness
CrossFit Inverness is based off the principles of CrossFit Inc. and Coach Greg Glassman. All workouts are functional, varied and intense. They also scale to any ability level--our members range from elite athletes to grandmothers--so whatever shape you're starting from, you'll be able to jump right in. All workouts are designed and coached by a certified CrossFit trainer who leads clients through increasingly athletic movements, guiding people of all ability levels toward improved health and athletic ability.
