Colorado Athletic Club - Inverness Personal Trainers conduct professional personal training sessions and design comprehensive programs to assist Club members with their short and long-term fitness, health, and wellness goals. 

Colorado Athletic Club - Inverness Personal Trainers have a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology or a related area of study from an accredited four-year college or university and/or hold a professional certification from one of the following nationally recognized organizations:  NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, COOPER, or ISSA. 6 months of personal training experience is also required.
