Class Name Class Description
7 Core 7 intense, mind blowing core exercises in a circuit training format to work your mid-section and back.  All levels of core conditioning welcome.
Basic Step Simple step choreography for a solid cardiovascular workout that can be modified with high and low impact options for both the beginner and experienced stepper.
Cardio Chisel Keep your heart rate elevated in this interval style class of muscular strength exercises intermixed with cardio segments. This class is great for people looking to get efficient cardio and weights in one hour.
Core Cardio This high intensity class alternates cardiovascular training and intense core stabilization training. Expect to use a variety of equipment. Focuses on aerobic and core training only.
Core Express Core Fusion in 30 minutes or less.
 Group Centergy
Redefine your self with Group Centergy®. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover Group Centergy!
 Group Kick
Group Kick® brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!
 Group Power
Your hour of power!  This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power® is for all ages and fitness levels.  Discover results, discover Group Power!
Hatha Yoga Hatha yoga is the foundation of all yoga styles.  It involves basic poses, stretching and breathing exercises aimed to balance the mind, body and the spirit.
Indoor Cycling This indoor cycling class simulates a variety of terrain including hills flats jumps sprints interval training and recovery. Please call the front desk to reserve your bike at some locations.
Indoor Rowing This class simulates outdoor rowing in a fun group environment. Use your legs for power, your core for stabilization and your arms and upper back to finish strong!
Neuro-Kinetics A unique system of self-care and self-assessment strategies for resolving or managing nagging joint and muscle issues, no matter how serious.  Using simple movements on the floor, you can quickly learn how to release the tension that underlies discomfort and stiffness.  The effectiveness will be evident even in your first class!
Pilates Mat Floor exercises based on the original work of Joseph H. Pilates that bring together core strength, breath, body alignment, posture and balance. Strengthen your core from the inside out.
Pilates Reformer  This class features the workhorse of pilates apparatus, the reformer, for an invigorating workout that builds strength, flexibility and ultimate core control.  Fee and sign up required. New students must complete three individual private sessions or five group intro sessions with a Pilates Instructor prior to attending group reformer classes.
Sports Training A combination of agility, speed, strength and plyomtrics for a total body workout. This class will prepare you for the slopes or the game field.
Sunrise Yoga
This special Labor Day Class take place only if the weather permits outside by the tennis courts.  Sunrise Yoga will wake you up and invigorate your body with a series of postures or poses that enhances flexibility, strength, and posture by incorporating a blend of yoga styles.
Total Body Conditioning A total body strength endurance workout that uses a variety of equipment, including fitballs, bands, steps, dumbbells, and the BOSU to help you achieve results more quickly. 
Vinyasa Yoga The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". This method of yoga emphasizes linking or flowing poses together for a quicker paced class.
VO2Max Group Cycling and Group Rowing combined into one class.  Participants have a choice to choose one activity for the entire hour or rotate back and forth when the instructor notes a switch. *Plus classes incorporate running
Walk it Off A power walking class that incorporates a variety of cardio and functional strength exercises designed to help keep you moving.
Warm Yoga Similar to Bikram Yoga, Warm Yoga takes place in a studio warmed between 73-78 degrees.  This enables the body to warm up more quickly and therefore stretch a bit further.
Water Fitness

Get in the pool for a total body cardio and strength workout.  Water Fitness is a great alternative to land exercise that is light on the joints and refreshing. 

Yamuna Body Rolling Using a ball specifically designed for this practice, body rolling involves self-massage techniques to create suppleness in tight areas, optimize range of motion and create positive, permanent changes in the body.
Yogalates A perfect combination of yoga and pilates that gives you the meditative and flexibility benefits of yoga and the muscle strengthening and toning benefits of Pilates.  
 Zumba
Zumba fuses motivating latin music, easy to follow movements and an international zest to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.  Ditch the workout and join the party!
