|

Yamuna Body Rolling
|
Using a ball specifically designed for this practice, body rolling involves self-massage techniques to create suppleness in tight areas, optimize range of motion and create positive, permanent changes in the body.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all Yoga styles. It involves basic poses, stretching, and breathing exercises aimed to balance the mind, body, and spirit.

Neuro-Kinetics
|
A unique system of self-care and self-assessment strategies for resolving or managing joint and muscle issues, no matter how serious. Using simple movements on the floor, you can easily learn how to release tension that underlies discomfort and stiffness. The effectiveness will be evident after your first class!

Sunday Yoga

Sunday Yoga is rotated between two instructors. Some weeks you will experience Warm Yoga with Vali, and other weeks you will uplift your yoga practice with Rick! Join us Sunday mornings when you'll be sure to center yourself and start your week off right!

Pilates Mat

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a moving meditation that enhances the body’s internal energy flow or “chi.” Tai Chi also develops balance, strength, coordination, as well as massages the body’s internal organs.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” This method of Yoga emphasizes linking or flowing poses together for a quicker paced class.

Warm Yoga
|
Similar to Bikram Yoga, Warm Yoga takes place in a studio warmed to 73-78 degrees. This enables the body to warm up more quickly and therefore stretch a bit further.

Yogalates
|
A perfect combination of Yoga and Pilates that gives you the meditative and flexibility benefits of Yoga and the strengthening and toning benefits of Pilates.

Yoga Cycle
|
No tricks up our sleeves on this one! This class starts with an hour of Indoor Cycling and end with a half hour of stretching using familiar yoga poses and postures. Track your progress and see how stretching with yoga can help your performance!
