A fun circuit class utilizing Kettlebells, TRX, RIPCORE FX, compound movements, and a serving of cardio will definitely be what the doctor ordered.

Training Package For Runners
Do you want to be a stronger, faster, better runner? Do injuries keep you from achieving your goals? Train with certified running coach, Kristin Louderback. This incredible package included 4 personal training sessions that focus on injury prevention, running form and efficiency, flexibility and core strength. Triathlon Training Package
Have you always wanted to do a triathlon, but never knew where to start? Do you want to fine-tune your training and improve for next season? Now is the time to develop the skills for your spring and summer triathlon!
Train with Kristin Louderback and Steve Stevenson to achieve your triathlon goals. This package includes 4-1 hour personal training sessions focused on tri specific strengthening and flexibility. 2-30 minute swim lessons to analyze and develope stroke efficiency. The package also includes a 2 month individualized strength and cardio program to develop aerobic base.

SAS- Youth Sport, Agility, and Strength
Mondays & Tuesdays 4-5pm; Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm
Let your kids have a blast in this all youth aged workout. Each workout will a circuit style session using dumbells, balls, bands, body weight and partner work. Whether your youth is an athlete that wants to improve speed, footwork, and sportspecific aspects of training or whether you just want your kids to get some energy out, this is the class for you. This is a great introduction to fitness concepts and has tons of sport specific variations to many exercises.

Free Motion Instruction
Tuesdays 5-5:30pm
Have you ever wanted to learn the machines? This 30 minute form instruction and demonstration on the free motion machines is what you have been looking for. Join personal trainer, Christopher Willis in this fun environment to learn a handful of the machines and ask as many questions as you would like! Sign up is required as space is limited. You can sign up by contacting Chris at 303.758.7080 ext 1312 or by the sign up sheet on the island in the weight room.

Dirty Thirty
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 11am and 6pm (Starts January 3rd. Free Demo's in December!)
This 45 minute fun, high intensity group circuit is designed to build mass, power, strength, and tone. The class includes 1 on 1 form correction and personalized exercie perscriptions to fit individual needs and goals. Build muscle and shred bodyfat while you burn calories! A WIN-WIN!

Women on Weights (2 classes offered)
Tuesday & Thursdays 9:30-10:30am & 6-7pm.
This encouraging, non-intimidating all women class setting will help you learn to use dumbells, cables, medicine balls, bands, BOSU and stability balls to help prevent osteoperosis, arthritis, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and other heath concerns. This class will do wonders to increase your muscular endurance and strength wile toning all the muscles in your body! Give it a try!
