Nearly identical to the VO2Max Camp class on Mondays, this class uses Indoor Cycling and Indoor Rowing to help train the body efficient use of oxygen.

Nothing is better than an early morning full body workout to help the day get off to a great start! These 6AM Indoor Rowing classes will get your legs, stomach, back and arms working together to help build strength as well as helping to build your cardiovascular threshold.

Tuesdays, 5:45- 6:45AM, & 6PM-7PM
Wednesdays, 12:15-1:15PM

Indoor Cycling Classes are designed to simulate outdoor riding with the use of seated or standing hill climbs, seated sprints, standing runs and many more. It's the perfect way to get those legs ready for an outdoor challenge.
