Yoga Class Descriptions
Bar Conditioning - Bar Conditioning develops strength, flexibility, and endurance while blasting calories. This workout will shape and elongate your muscles through Pilates and dance style movements.
Hatha Yoga - Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all Yoga styles. It involves basic poses, stretching and breathing exercises aimed to balance the mind, body and the spirit.
Hot Yoga - A series of poses done in a heated room maintained at a temperature of 95-105 degrees that detoxifies the body and builds strength stamina flexibility balance and This is a “Bikram” style class.
Iyengar Yoga - A method of yoga focusing on technique, sequence, and timing through posture and breath control.
Power Yoga - Power Yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa Yoga that emphasizes strength, flexibility and flow. Students are recommended to start in Vinyasa Yoga before attending Power Yoga.
Restorative Yoga - A gentle, relaxing class that focuses on the renewing nature of yoga. Experience a variety of poses that will restore the vitality of your body and relax your mind.
Vinyasa Yoga - The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”. This method of yoga emphasizes linking or flowing poses together for a quicker paced class.
Warm Vinyasa Yoga - A dynamic flow yoga class set to music with the focus on breath alignment balance and core strengthening. Takes place in 85-95 degree studio which enables the body to warm up more quickly and therefore stretch a bit further.
Yoga Sculpt - This total body workout is designed to tone and sculpt every muscle group in your body. You will use free weights as you move through sun salutations and other Yoga postures enabling extra length and depth in each pose.
