Hello There and Welcome to February at the CAC Monaco!

What an exciting feeling a new month, and a little sunshine, brings! This month we have a lot of "sunshine" to share!

Starting with the return of our annual contest--Fittest Families! You won't want to miss out on this 3 week contest. It begins February 8; see our membership staff to register. If that is not enought to get you smiling; participate in our "Take it to Heart" week and get your heart pumping!
Along with those fun events; join us for our quarterly Pilates Social, our monthly happy hour or our Saturday morning pancake breakfast. Want some time with your tennis friends?? Check out Tennis Ladies or Men's day and get your game on! Need a fresh idea for your Valentine?? Bring him/her with you to our partner massage class and learn the relaxing way to spend time together. There is no shortage of activities and events to get you  involved with your home away from home.
And don't forget about the rest of your family! Bring them along for cooking with petite chefs or cooking class in the youth center. Get them moving with our monthly scavenger hunt or dodgeball organized just for them!

Remember the wonderful opportunity a membership offers in helping you stay stress free and rejuvenated. Book a massage, or take one of our many yoga, pilates, or group centergy classes to refresh your mind and body.
